Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Kami Digitals collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
What I collect
When you fill in the form on this site, I collect your name, your email address, and your business name. Nothing else.
When you book a time, the booking calendar collects what you enter into it, which includes your name, your email address, and the time you pick.
My server also records the IP address of each submission briefly, and how long the form took to fill in. Both are used only to block automated spam, and neither is kept.
Why I collect it
To reply to you, to run the First Look session you asked for, and to send you the snapshot that comes with it.
To follow up about working together. You can tell me to stop at any time and I will.
I do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored in GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system I run my business on. Their servers are outside the Philippines, so submitting the form means your information is transferred overseas.
This website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, including IP addresses.
The booking calendar is embedded from GoHighLevel. When it loads, it may set its own cookies in your browser. I do not control those.
What I do not do
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking scripts. Nothing follows you around the internet after you leave.
I do not collect payment details anywhere on this site.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry records for as long as there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and for up to two years after our last contact. After that I delete them, unless I am required to keep them for tax or legal reasons.
Ask me to delete your information sooner and I will, unless I am legally required to hold it.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, have it erased, object to how it is used, and have a copy sent to you or to someone else.
Email me and I will action it within a reasonable time, and within any period the law requires.
If you are not satisfied with how I have handled it, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to the customer relationship system is limited to me and protected by a password and multi-factor authentication.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach happens that puts you at real risk, I will tell you and notify the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be obvious on this page.
