These terms cover your use of this website. Paid work is covered separately by whatever we sign before it starts, and that agreement wins if the two ever disagree.

This site is operated by Kami Digitals, a business run by Karr, a Systems and Tech Integrator based in the Philippines.
What this site offers
The site describes what I do and lets you book a First Look, a free session run live with me.
Booking a time is not a contract for paid work. Paid engagements begin only when we both agree scope and price in writing.
What I do not promise
Everything on this site is general information about how I work. It is not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and you should not treat it as a substitute for professional advice about your own situation.
Any figures, timeframes, or outcomes described come from past work and are not a promise of what your business will achieve. Results depend on your business, your team, and what you do with the work.
Your side of it
Give accurate details when you fill in the form, and do not submit anyone else's information without their permission.
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to attempt access to anything you are not meant to reach.
Who owns what
The words, design, and material on this site belong to Kami Digitals. You are welcome to read and share the pages. You may not copy the content and present it as your own.
Anything you send me stays yours. You give me permission to use it only to respond to you and to deliver what you asked for.
Other sites and tools
The booking calendar and the systems behind the form are run by other companies. Their own terms apply when you use them, and I am not responsible for how they operate.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from your use of it, or from being unable to use it.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Philippine law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes belong to the courts of the Philippines.
